RETURNS/REFUNDS
Returns are easy at Ranger! Eligible orders from reranger.com may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale items are non-returnable.
Order Return Period:
Ranger's order return period is 30 days from the date ordered. Ranger may at its own discretion extend the order return period of some orders during seasonal events, campaigns, loyalty reward, fulfillment service or other corrective action.
After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.

For orders places on reranger.com, you can return your item using the form below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label for orders being returned within the continental US.
HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN?
If you are returning product from outside of mainland United States, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. For all international returns, please email: returns@reranger.com and we will be glad to help you.
SHIPPING
FREE SHIPPING & RETURNS TO USA ORDERS OVER $55:
FREE shipping applies to all US domestic orders over $55, shipped to any address within the continental U.S. (exclusive of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
The shipping carrier and service level used is at our discretion, however, at checkout a customer may elect another shipping offering of their choice for additional charges. Orders are processed during business week days and not on weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt. Delivery dates shall vary bases on the carrier, shipping service and delivery location. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
International shipping is excluded from free shipping option. Non-US or "International" customers are responsible for shipping costs plus all applicable duties, fees and taxes.

If you purchased a RE Ranger product from a location other than this website (an Authorized Dealer or retail store), you must contact that dealer for any refunds or exchanges (excluding returns for repair or warranty).
