Returns are easy at RE Ranger! Product may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Start your return below and follow the instructions to receive your RMA number and free returns shipping label.

After inspecting your return, we will issue a refund credit for the merchandise to the original payment method used. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund. All returns are subject to inspection. *All sale items or engraved eyewear are not returnable or exchangeable*

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from RE Ranger, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. A prepaid return label is provided for your convenience with every purchase from RE Ranger from within the continental United States. If returning from outside of the USA, you will need to arrange for your return shipment.

If you purchased a Randolph Engineering product from an Authorized Dealer, you must contact that dealer for any returns or exchanges.

• The complete sunglass product in original packaging (if the product is not in the original packaging, additional charges may apply).
